Dr. Lisa Will's research interests focus on increasing access, removing barriers, and providing support for hidden populations who are preparing to enter, already within, or exiting postsecondary systems. Hidden populations are those with lived journeys of complex trauma and/or socially stigmatized experiences.
Dr. Lisa Will is a member of the R is for Thursday Collective leadership team, conference coordinator and Fellow for the National Collaborative for Hidden Student Populations (NCHP), and primary designer for the Hidden Populations Graduate Certificate at Oklahoma State University. In addition to her PhD in Higher education and Policy Studies, Dr. Will holds an MBA and second master’s in human resource development, as well as multiple trauma, wellness, and coaching certificates.
