Ethan Campbell co-manages ongoing design and support of Gardner Institute’s web-based tools, multiple aspects of the program/grant cycle from strategic planning to budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation evaluation, and coordinates system administration and user management.

Ethan is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. In Spring 2020, Ethan completed a Masters of Science in Global Technology and Development at Arizona State University. Prior to joining the Gardner Institute team, Ethan attended the University of North Carolina Asheville where he completed a BA in Political Science.
