Victoria Fields contributes to the evaluation, research, design and delivery of a range of academies offered online and on-site for faculty, staff, and administrators at colleges and universities across the country. Victoria is currently a graduate student at the University of Illinois pursuing a doctoral degree in Communication with a concentration in rhetoric, race, gender, and social movements. She earned her B.S. in Communication and Sport Management from Eastern Michigan University and her M.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois.  In her free time, she enjoys watching and/or attending sports events and reading.
