These events offer a unique opportunity for exhibitors and sponsors to connect with faculty, senior administrators, and higher education leaders in both undergraduate and graduate education while demonstrating support for higher education’s efforts to improve student success.
Before the pandemic, the Gardner Institute’s annual conference, the Gateway Course Experience™, brought together between 600-700 student success advocates. In 2023 we launched the Symposium with a limited number of participants and sold out in record time. We saw an over 40% increase in participation in 2024.
Exhibitors receive the following: an exhibit table with one registration; company/organization name, logo, contact information listed in the digital program, and one electronic attendee list without email addresses. Representatives will have full access to the breakfasts, luncheons, reception, breaks, and all concurrent sessions. Exhibitors will have the option of exhibiting at one or both conferences.
October 29: Graduate Student Experience Noon- 7.30 pm (including Opening Reception)
October 30: Graduate Student Experience 8 am-5 pm
October 31:
November 1: Symposium 8 am- 5 pm
November 2: Symposium 8 am- noon
Exhibit Booth: $1500 for either Conference, $2500 for both. Non-profits receive a 20% discount
Each Additional Representative: $500 per person for each conference.
Concurrent Session: Highlight your organization by presenting a Sponsor Session at the Symposium or The Graduate Student Experience. An additional $1,500 ($1,000 non-profit)
Present a concurrent session at one of the conferences. Presenters must submit a proposal
for the Graduate Student Experience or submit a proposal for the Symposium.
