The Gardner Institute is thrilled to announce the promotion of Katie Locke to Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, effective May 1, 2025.
“Katie’s promotion to Senior Director recognizes the strategic clarity, creativity, and consistency she brings to our communications efforts,” said Dr. Andrew (Drew) Koch, Gardner Institute CEO. “Her leadership has helped shape how we express and elevate our Transformation Vision to the broader field. As we continue to scale our impact, Katie’s voice and vision are essential to building deeper understanding and engagement with our work.”
Since joining the Gardner Institute in 2018, Katie has been an integral part of the Marketing and Communications Team. Their contributions to the Transformation Process and numerous Communities and Academies have significantly impacted the growth and development of the Gardner Institute.
In her new role, Katie will be responsible for strategic leadership across our outreach and communication efforts. We are confident that their leadership and expertise will bring even greater success to the Gardner Institute.
